This summer we are experimenting with a new summer study format. We will be meeting once a month (July 18; August 8; & September 12) at 6:30 pm to enjoy a meal and to grow in our understanding of God and God’s desire for thriving communities. Seeking Shalom will challenge us to take a more holistic view of poverty and will equip us to create real and lasting change in our community. Leaders in community development, biblical scholars, and small and large group conversations will guide us through core principles that go beyond meeting material needs and to finding “shalom.” (*If you missed the first session, but would still like to participate please let me know and I can send you handouts and access to the videos so you can catch up.)
The “Church Ladies” invite you to join us for Bunco on the fourth Wednesday of each month in Fellowship Hall at 1 PM.
If you can roll 3 dice we will teach you the rest. Table snacks and drinks will be provided. Prizes for 1st and last place and the most Bunco’s.
